We are here for you anytime you need help.

A crisis can be defined as an individual’s perception or experience of an event or situation as an intolerable difficulty that exceeds current resources and coping mechanisms.

Our crisis intervention service aims to reduce the intensity of our residents’ emotional, mental, physical, and behavioral responses to a crisis. It assists them with their recovery and prevents serious long-term problems from developing. Moreover, it helps them:

  • return to their level of functioning before the crisis
  • eliminate ineffective ways of coping
  • develop new coping skills
  • cope with future challenges more effectively
