Elite Family Systems opened its first therapeutic residential home in Ceres, California in April 2001. Opening of new homes occurred approximately every two years thereafter until four homes were established. Currently, Elite Family Systems operates four therapeutic residential homes for boys and a foster family agency for children, 0-21 years of age in the Ceres, California area.
Mission Statement
It is desirable for children and youth to experience positive growth and development in a healthy family system. Elite Family Systems’ (EFS) mission is to provide them a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment.
Vision Statement
Elite Family Systems’ vision has been to create a therapeutic residential environment, consisting of homes for children and non-minor dependents ranging from 7-21 years old, coupled with an integrated Therapeutic Foster Family Agency, thus, allowing flexibility to our agency to transition children from our residential program to family settings without major disruption in their treatment plans.
